From Petaluma (the south)

• Take Highway 101 North to Rohnert Park Expressway exit (also the exit to Sonoma State University)
• Turn right onto expressway and go one and a half miles
• Turn left at Snyder Lane
• Turn right on Medical Center Drive
• The health center is down on the left at 1370 Medical Center Drive
• Suite E is located at the top of the stairs in the back of the building

From Santa Rosa (the north)

• Take Highway 101 South to Rohnert Park Expressway exit (also the exit to Sonoma State University)
• Turn left onto expressway and go one and a half miles
• Turn left at Snyder Lane
• Turn right on Medical Center Drive
• The health center is down on the left at 1370 Medical Center Drive
• Suite E is located at the top of the stairs in the back of the building

By Bus:

• Take the Sonoma County transit Rohnert Park Cotati bus line number 1214
• Get off at the end of Medical Center Drive on Snyder Lane
• Walk to our center one half block east
• We are located on the left-hand side of the street in building number 1370, Suite E
• We are at the top of the stairs in the back of the building

You can take bus line 4448 from either Santa Rosa or Petaluma

• Get off at the Safeway on Commerce Blvd.
• Walk to the library, which is at the south end of the parking lot to make the transfer to the 1214 line
• Take bus line number 1214 and get off at the end of Medical Center Drive on Snyder Lane.
• Walk to our center one half block east
• We are located on the left-hand side of the street in building number 1370, Suite E
• We are at the top of the stairs in the back of the building

From South of Petaluma:

• Golden Gate transit route 80 will also connect you with the Rohnert Park bus line 1214
• Transfer to the 1214 line
• Take bus line number 1214 and get off at the end of Medical Center Drive on Snyder Lane
• Walk to our center one half block east
• We are located on the left-hand side of the street in building number 1370, Suite E
• We are at the top of the stairs in the back of the building

From Mendocino County:

• The Mendocino transit authority north coast intercity rider will take you to Santa Rosa
• At the 2nd Street transit mall you can transfer to the Sonoma County 4448 line
• Transfer to the 1214 line at the library in Rohnert Park
• After exiting the 1214 line on Snyder Lane at Medical Center Drive
• Walk to our center one half block east
• We are located on the left-hand side of the street in building number 1370, Suite E
