From: San Francisco (the west)

• Take the Bay Bridge and follow signs to 580 East towards Hayward
• Take the MacArthur Blvd exit and continue straight onto MacArthur Blvd
• The health center is located on the left at 482 West MacArthur Blvd. just past Telegraph Avenue

From: Hayward (the east)

• Take 580 West towards San Francisco
• Take the Harrison Exit
• Stay straight off the freeway. This puts you on MacArthur Blvd.
• Health center is on the right at 482 West MacArthur Blvd., just before Telegraph Avenue

• You may take BART to the MacArthur station
• Exit the station and walk east on MacArthur Blvd.
• The center is located at 482 West MacArthur, just past Telegraph Avenue on the left side of MacArthur Blvd

By Bus (from Berkeley):

• Take the #40 bus south on Telegraph Avenue towards Oakland
• Get off the bus at the corner of Telegraph and MacArthur Blvd.
• The center is located at 482 West MacArthur, just past Telegraph Avenue on the left side of the street
