Condoms and spermicide are the only forms of birth control available to men besides sterilization.

Condoms prevent pregnancy by preventing sperm from reaching the egg. They are only effective if used every time you have sex.

Latex condoms are also the most effective way to decrease your risk giving or getting STIs and HIV.
